The Photographer Spotlight for the March 2023 issue is Bill Ward, who is an award-winning creative photographer and British actor based in England. Bill has been a regular contributor to ICM Photography Magazine since the beginning, and his ICM and creative work have inspired countless numbers around the world. As a mentor, Bill leads workshops on-location, collaborates with other photographers and artists, and offers individual mentoring sessions of his own as a way to encourage creative photographers in the evolution, growth, and expansion of their artistry through targeted learning opportunities.
