ICMPhotoMag began in 2020 as a first-of-its-kind e-magazine solely featuring ICM in a feature packed digital format.
Over time, the vision and scope of the magazine has evolved as a way to celebrate many creative photography techniques and the photographers around the globe who create using ICM, Multiple Exposure, Creative Post Processing techniques, and even Alternative Photography processes. The tagline for the magazine has changed to reflect this new direction towards a focus more on creativity rather than on a singular technique - Redefining ICM and Reimagining the World through Intentional Creative Moments.
A variety of content is contained in each issue…including images, articles, interviews, tips, tutorials, and more. More than 250 ICM and Creative Photographers from around the world have been featured in this advertisement-free digital magazine. Additionally, all photographers are paid for their published content in the magazine. It has always been an important aspect of this publication to support and compensate photographers for their work.

Information About the Project
I've devoted the several years of my own photographic career to ICM and creative photography work, and I have a strong desire to build a larger, all-encompassing creative photography community...one that will also help give exposure to other creative photographers who have been dedicated to perfecting their own creative photography techniques, whether that be strictly in-camera work, in-camera work coupled with traditional post-processing techniques, or ICMs in combination with creative post processing, such as textures, creative filters, and impressionistic renderings, multiple exposure techniques, as well as alternative photography processes.
Advertisement Free
This quarterly digital magazine has remained true to my original vision of being advertisement free. With the exception of promoting projects that have evolved out of and have expanded the ICMPhotoMag project, there has been no advertising in this magazine, which means readers get 200-300 pages of pure, purposeful, and meaningful creative content...not a lot of fluff or fodder.
Pay for Featured Content
Additionally, featured photographers are paid for their work in the e-magazine. I feel it is imperative to compensate photographers for their work. I want this project to be a benefit to the photographers themselves, not just a benefit to my own self-interest. Photographers have been paid since the very first issue and they continue to be paid for their work. Over time, those payments have increased, and the goal is to continue increasing photographer payments as the magazine continues to grow and thrive. You can rest assured that your support of this magazine helps support the photographers around the world featured here.

There is both a Facebook page -- where the magazine itself is advertised -- and a Facebook group -- where ICM photographers and ICM fans from around the world can join and share their images or just spectate.

The ideas will continue to grow and expand as the project moves forward and continues to evolve and push the boundaries of creative photography. In the past year, the project has expanded to redefine ICM as Intentional Creative Moments, as a way to celebrate creativity above and beyond any singular technique or process. ICM in its traditional sense has been a bridge for many photographers to explore more creative approaches to their photography. With this expansion, we are encouraging photographers to push their own boundaries to explore techniques and processes such as multiple exposure, layered abstracts, creative processing, analog techniques, blending digital & analog processes, and much more.
